Hours, parking & finding us.

Where is GreenRoom Salon & Spa located?

We're at 12 East Washington Street, right on the courthouse square in downtown Greencastle, Indiana, easy to find from DePauw University, Cloverdale, Bainbridge, and across Putnam County.

What are your hours?

Closed Monday and Sunday. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturdays book first; Tuesdays and Thursdays have the most availability.

Where do I park?

Free public parking is available all around the courthouse square. There are also marked spaces along East Washington Street directly in front of the salon. The closest spots fill up fastest on Saturdays.

Are you ever closed for offsite work?

Occasionally yes. Our team travels for weddings, photo shoots, and industry events. If you're stopping in without an appointment, please call ahead to confirm we're in salon that day.

Services, treatments & what to expect.

What is a Scandinavian Scalp Facial?

It's a 60 to 90-minute ritual that cleanses, exfoliates, and massages the scalp using warm oils, steam, and pressure-point techniques. Think of it as a facial, but for your scalp and hair. It's our most-loved signature treatment.

What services do you offer?

Six categories: hair cuts and styling, color and balayage, head spa, facials and skin care, lash extensions, and waxing and nails. See the full menu at /services for pricing and what to expect from each.

Can I combine services in one visit?

Absolutely. A Scalp Facial pairs beautifully with a cut, and a facial with a head spa makes a real sanctuary day. Call us with your preferred date and we will sequence the timings.

Do you offer consultations before color or extensions?

Yes, and we encourage them. A complimentary consultation lets us look at your hair in natural light, set a realistic timeline, and quote a final price before the appointment.

Booking

Reservations & cancellations.

Do you take walk-ins, or should I book ahead?

We strongly recommend booking online or by phone. Our stylists and estheticians are typically reserved several days in advance, especially for color, balayage, and head spa.

How far in advance should I book?

For color, balayage, head spa, and lashes we recommend booking one to two weeks ahead. Cuts and brow waxes can often be reserved within a few days.

What is your cancellation policy?

A friendly heads-up 24 hours ahead helps the whole team. Life happens, but the more notice you can give, the better we can reschedule you and free the slot for someone else.

Can I book directly with a specific stylist?

Yes. When booking online you can select your preferred practitioner. If you're not sure who to choose, the team page at /team shows what each stylist specializes in.

Products & gift cards.

What products do you use?

Our hair color and styling lines are NATULIQUE-certified, low-impact, and chosen to work with your hair and skin, not against them. Our skincare and waxing supplies are similarly selected for clean ingredients first.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not at this time. We're focused on giving each guest in the chair our full attention, and gift cards aren't currently part of our offering.
